Regional qualifying for The Open 2009
Mere Golf and Country Club are pleased to announce that they have been confirmed as one of two new courses which will be used for regional qualifying when The Open returns to Turnberry in 2009.

New Golf Course Manager
Steve Dun
We are pleased to welcome Steve Dun to our management team. Steve trained in Scotland fourteen years ago, learning his skills in the Galashiels area. He has spent the last four and half years at Dunham Forest Golf & Country Club as Course Manager and is looking forward to the challenges of a busy corporate venue and members club.
