Leisure Manager Mike Proudlove has over 14 years experience in leisure and a great passion for the industry. Mike is a qualified personal trainer and teaches for a range of classes, including spinning. He is responsible for every aspect of running the club, using his skills and knowledge to help members get the fullest enjoyment out of the facilities. Mike is a keen athlete and competes regularly. He ran the London Marathon in a tremendous time of 2hrs 22min, finishing in the top 30.
